I am a resident at Cromwell house. lately I’ve realized that Cromwell house has good staff members and the place I live in is at a good high standard and is a clean environment. They have put in a new shower room for me plus painted my walls again, which I am delighted with and over the moon.
The staff are also very pleasant with drink and food. There is breakfast 6-11 and lunch 12-3 and then dinner 5-6. They are very caring and look after us appropriately.
They also take us all out or even me alone, like for example I go to the pub once a week and in the same week they take me shopping and get my snacks and all sorts.
Cromwell house is a very nice place to live as I have lived here for nearly two years. I think that they are the best ranking in West Bromwich.
I also help Jane the head housekeeper and she makes me a lovely cup of tea and gives me a few biscuits. I help her with stock control, and she really is a nice lady, and she really looks after these staff members, which they always appreciate.
