I am a resident at Cromwell house. lately I’ve realized that Cromwell house has good staff members and the place I live in is at a good high standard and is a clean environment. They have put in a new shower room for me plus painted my walls again, which I am delighted with and over the moon.
Camino Healthcare Limited (‘Camino’) to redevelop former residential care home in Kilsby, Rugby!
Camino is delighted to announce that it has purchased Kilsby House, a former residential care home on a large corner plot within Kilsby, Rugby.
Camino will transform the home by carrying out a multi-million pound remodelling of the property. The new facility will provide the area with high quality specialist beds which are in demand. It will also allow Camino’s future residents to be closer to their families and friends.

Another success story at Cedar Lodge!
Cedar Lodge has recently discharged a resident who was engaging in a rehabilitation programme with the team which resulted in a successful outcome and discharge into the community. The resident had a delayed discharge due to the lack of supported living provision in the area and because the services in the local area had concerns about the resident’s history.
Carers Rights Day at Cedar Lodge
On 23rd November 2023 all staff and residents at Cedar Lodge took part in Carers’ Rights Day in order to raise awareness of carers’ rights, entitlements and to enable carers to get the support they need.
Redevelopment of step down unit in Nuneaton is in full flow
Completion is getting closer.
Success story – Cedar Lodge
A resident had a mental break down last month and this subsequently led to their readmission to an acute mental health hospital. During this admission, the resident, the commissioners and the family were all very keen for them to return to Cedar Lodge.
Success story - Cromwell House
The resident has progressed so much from the time that they were admitted to Cromwell House thanks to the hard work of the team at Camino and they are currently waiting for a placement in order to carry on with their pathway to recovery.

Nuneaton step down facility
To provide a pathway to recovery for our residents and to satisfy the demand for our services, we will be opening a brand new, bespoke step down facility in Nuneaton in October 2023.
Four bed extension work is underway at Cromwell House.
In order to satisfy the demand for our rehabilitation services, Camino is in the process of building a four bed extension to Cromwell House.
A Resident’s Success Story
This resident was admitted from an acute mental hospital in Coventry in January 2023. The resident had experienced a mental health breakdown at home and ended up being admitted to an acute mental health hospital.
